Pricing is extremely reasonable Baguette is extremely fresh ,.. like one from Paris perfect crunch on the outside with soft center Great flavor They have a good selection of sandwiches A few lunch plates n spring rolls Inside there is seating It's a self serve n a lot of Togo orders when I went Waited about 7-10 min So they r pretty quick His n her restrooms
The #1 house special combination banh mi from Baguette House is my FAVORITE sandwich in all of North Austin. From its perfect ratio of meat to fresh veggies, to the rich Vietnamese mayo and liver pâté spread inside, I find myself craving it almost weekly. A simple café located in Chinatown Center, it's hard to resist stopping in after doing my groceries at MT Supermarket - especially when the cost of their menu items are so low! I also highly recommend their pâté chaud (savory puff pastry), iced coffee, and avocado smoothie! Will continue being a regular here until I move out of the neighborhood.
I need to come up to north Austin wayyyy more often. Their service was fast and the packaging was convenient and efficient. I got the #1 house special banh mi sandwich and it was so good! The bread was fresh and I noticed that some people came in JUST to pick up baguettes. Also the honeydew smoothie was soooo good. I did a happy dance when I tried it lol. Great experience for my first banh mi! Will definitely come back.
Baguette House is my go-to place for Banh Mi whenever I need a quick meal! I got the combo with ham, carrots, cilantro, etc. It's fast, delicious, and inexpensive. It's located in the Austin Chinatown so it's convenient to go to the supermarket or get a sweet drink
We've been on a Banh mi tour and figured Baguette House was the perfect place to start! The beef inside wasn't too memorable but I loved how crispy the bread came out. The jalapeños are very hot so be warned.
My to go spot for banh mi! Their bread is just perfect! I always order the cha Lu & pate sandwich! I wished they would sell their pate!
